I am so busy with an up coming event we organized for the school. We will be the production team of the yearly search for Campus Crush. Year after year girls from the school are anticipating the event. As of last year almost half a thousand joined the screening and out of them only twelve were chosen by the committee to compete in the finals. It was disseminated wide enough that a lot of people were able to know the flow of the contest.
This year we are planning to make an even bigger production. We planned to put up colorful posters and streamers so many people would be informed. Now we have laid out the plan. We wanted to have a really magical concept this year. What better way to impart the magical concept but to have full color posters and event streamers.
I am in charge of looking for the best available full color printing service in town. As students we do not have that much funding and the event that we are planning just seems too big we cannot provide for everything we wanted to have. The posters and event streamers for instance cost quite a lot.
If we would have to compromise, we think the event would not be as lively as we wanted it to be. Of course, the people would be looking forward to seeing the fabulous preparations, something they thought was lacking last time.
We are working hard right now looking for full color printing service at a much lower price. We have a complete list of companies that offer full color printing all over town. We wanted to send each of them proposals to sponsor the event. It would be nice if they could give us cash to fund the event but if they agree we would want the full color printing service.
It was sad that none of the companies we sent the letters to are willing to sponsor the event. They reason out that full color printing is expensive and if we really want to have full color printing, we would have to shell out money, something we do not have. We almost gave up but a miracle, a heaven sent angel on Earth, made our full color printing dream come true.
The company is just a new comer in the main stream of full color printing. They are still venturing out and they wanted publicity so they agreed that they will do the full color printing for us. We were so glad to learn that they will sponsor the event.
On the events week, the school was filled with different full color posters and streamers. We are so thankful to the full color printing offer of the company that sponsored us. The events turn out was marvelous. We never really thought it would be that attended. A lot of people praised the preparations done and the full color posters that added life to the event. It was indeed a smashing success. Many thanks to our sponsors.
